Palestine Emergency

Latest Update – Gaza Emergency
Last updated: 13 March 2026

Gaza’s crisis is worsening. Border restrictions have driven up food prices, aid entering the Strip remains far below what is needed, & fuel and medical supplies are critically low. Nearly all of Gaza’s population of 2.1 million people have been displaced and relying on the flow of aid to survive. The World Health Organization reports that aid trucks are crossing, but nowhere near the amount needed to ward of crisis. Half of Gaza’s hospitals remain closed, and around 18,000 people are still waiting for urgent medical evacuation.

A people under sustained attack

Palestinians are living through systematic violence aimed at destroying lives, families, and communities. This is not an abstract emergency or a natural disaster. It is the result of deliberate actions that have led to mass killing, forced displacement, widespread destruction, and the denial of basic necessities.

Men, women, and children are all being targeted. Families are being torn apart. Entire neighbourhoods are being erased.

This appeal exists to respond materially, while refusing language that obscures responsibility or minimises harm.

What Palestinians are enduring

Homes, hospitals, schools, places of worship, and refugee camps have been attacked. Palestinian men are being killed, detained, and disappeared. Women are navigating survival under constant threat. Children are growing up amidst loss, fear, and instability.

Families are being forcibly displaced again and again, often with nowhere safe to go. Access to food, water, electricity, and medical care is being deliberately restricted, turning daily life into a struggle for survival.

This violence is not incidental. It is structural, ongoing, and deeply political.
